Corporate Display Tables
Opening Reception - Thursday, November 7, 6:00 p.m.
In conjunction with the Opening Reception of the Annual Conference, corporate
members are invited to staff "corporate information tables" that
are placed throughout the reception area. The intention of this event is
to provide an informal setting for representatives of corporate members
to discuss their products and services with the other attendees of the Annual
Conference. The members of the Corporate Caucus have sought to make this
an opportunity for discussion and networking and wish to avoid a trade show,
exhibit hall atmosphere.
Corporate Information Table Guidelines
The Corporate Caucus developed the following guidelines for this event:
- The Corporate Information Tables are open only to corporate members
of WCET.
- All individuals staffing the Corporate Information Tables must be
registered attendees of the Annual Conference.
- The tables are available and open only during the Opening Reception.
- Each corporate member receives equal display space and one table (8
foot) to display its products or literature.
- WCET will not charge an exhibit fee for the Corporate Information
Tables. However, the corporate members are responsible for providing
their own display equipment and are responsible for any technology charges
to support their display (equipment rental, phone lines, etc.).
- The information tables are limited to what can be placed comfortably
on or near the table. For example, no computer projection systems are
allowed.
