WCET 14th Annual Conference

Attendee Profile: Approximately 400-450 attendees who are higher education policy-makers, e-learning directors, department and division chairpersons, distance educators, librarians, learning and instructional resource managers, middle and upper level administrators, and private sector professionals.


Opening luncheon . . .  $8,500
Sponsor the state tables luncheon on Thursday and present the envelope containing the name of the winner of this year's Richard Jonsen Award for Service to the Educational Telecommunications Community. Opening reception . . .  $12,500
Sponsor the opening reception in the exhibit hall where attendees gather to greet old friends, make new ones, and meet the exhibitors. The great food and interesting displays ensure a great turnout. Fall Festival Luncheon . . . $5,000 
Sponsor the gathering of your new friends and old pals for a relaxing Fall Festival Luncheon on Friday. You will be recognized in the program, greeted by a sign at the entrance to the dining room, and publicly acknowledged during the luncheon festivities.

Sponsor the binoculars with your logo emblazed on the front.  Attendees will welcome the chance to view the Front Range.  You will be recognized in the program, greeted by a sign in the registration area, and publicly acknowledged at the opening session.

Sponsor the bottled water and matching neck straps with your logo printed on the ensemble.  Participants will enjoy the refreshing water throughout the conference and have a memento to take home.  You will be recognized in the program, greeted by a sign in the registration area, and publicly acknowledged at the opening lunch.

The final program for the annual conference, chock full of the names and bios of the most knowledgeable professionals in e-learning, sits by the telephone of attendees year-round. Sponsor the pretzel with mustard break on Thursday and enjoy offering attendees a relaxing snack that will remind folks of a warm summer day at a baseball game.  You will be recognized in the program, greeted by a sign in the break area, and publicly acknowledged during lunch earlier that day.
