Member Displays

Exhibit Guidelines

  • The Information Tables are open only to members of WCET.
  • All individuals staffing the Information Tables must be registered attendees of the Annual Conference.
  • The tables are available and open from 8:30 a.m.-3:30 p.m. on Thursday, November 6, during two refreshment breaks and lunch.
  • The display area is outside in a courtyard, a rain site will be available for backup.
  • Each member receives equal display space and one table (8 foot) to display its products or literature.
  • WCET will not charge an exhibit fee for the Information Tables. However, the members are responsible for providing their own display equipment and are responsible for any technology charges to support their display (equipment rental, phone lines, internet, etc.).
  • Packages can only reach the hotel three working days prior to the conference - October 31.
    * Check in with WCET staff at the conference registration desk to retrieve your packages.
    * Shipping label should read:

  • The Information Tables are limited to what can be placed comfortably on or near the table. For example, no computer projection systems are allowed.

In conjunction with the Opening Lunch of the annual conference, members with a product or service to market are invited to host a "member information table." This event provides an informal setting for representatives to discuss their products and services with the other attendees of the annual conference. Originally developed to provide an opportunity for our corporate members who wished to avoid a trade show, exhibit hall atmosphere, the display tables operate under the following guidelines.
