Member Discounts
The WCET annual conference is open to both members and nonmembers. Members do receive a substantial discount off the nonmember rate. Membership eligibility and an online application is available online for those who would like to join WCET now and save money on their annual conference registration fee.
Team Discounts
By bringing a team of individuals to the WCET conference, you can ensure that you take full advantage of the rich resources available in the program. Consider bringing one person for each strand or in another combination that better fits your institution. Use your time away from campus to hold some discussions about implementing some of the new strategies you have learned about. Teams of five will receive a 10% discount off of registration. Email us to receive the team registration discount code prior to registration.
Registration Fees
Member Organizations: $595.00 before September 20, $695.00 after September 19.
Non Member:
$795.00 before September 20, $895.00 after September 19.
Lodging, entertainment, or special events are not included unless noted. There is a $7.00 registration fee for all registrations.
Half day preconference workshops are $125.00 before September 20, $150.00 after.
Full day preconference workshops are $200.00 (includes lunch) before September 20, $250.00 after.
Meals and Events Included in the Registration Fee:
- Desert Botanical Garden reception and transportation on Thursday (beverages not included)
- Breakfast on Thursday, Friday and Saturday
- Lunch on Thursday and Friday
- Morning and afternoon beverage breaks on Thursday and Friday
- Morning beverage break on Saturday
- Transportation to and from Scottsdale on Friday evening
Payment
Credit cards are accepted while completing the registration form. Checks are due within 30 days of registration and can be sent to WCET, 3035 Center Green Dr., Boulder, CO 80301. Be sure to indicate the name of the attendee(s) and the institution on the check.
Cancellation and Refunds
Registrations can be canceled online by re-accessing your original registration or you can email us at conference@wcet.info. Cancellations must be received prior to Monday, October 13, 2008 in order to receive a refund less a $100.00 processing fee. Upon receipt of the cancellation, you will receive an email confirming the cancellation. If you do not receive a cancellation confirmation please contact WCET, otherwise you will be responsible for remaining monies due.
Substitutions from the same institution are welcomed. Substitution requests must be submitted via email by the original attendee. A $50.00 processing fee will apply. Please attempt to notify WCET of substitutions by October 24.
Cancellations after October 13 will not be refunded.
